On 30 June 2026, Equestrian Organizers held its Annual General Assembly online, bringing together members from across the international equestrian community.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review the association’s activities, discuss key priorities and look ahead to the future. It also reflected the continued growth of EO and the increasing engagement of its members.

As the collective voice of equestrian event organizers, EO plays an important role in representing organizers’ interests and fostering constructive dialogue with the FEI. By bringing organizers together and sharing their experiences, challenges and perspectives, EO helps ensure that their voice is heard at the international level.

The continued development of our membership is therefore essential: the more organizers EO represents, the stronger our collective voice becomes.

We encourage event organizers who are not yet part of EO to discover the association and join our growing international network. We also encourage our members to raise awareness of EO within their own networks and invite fellow organizers to join the association.

We warmly invite all EO members to join us for this important annual meeting, during which we will review the Association's activities, approve the financial statements and budget, present the new EO organisational structure, hold elections and receive updates from the various disciplines.

We had our GA in Aachen in July, and it was a real success. For the first time, we hosted a round table with two well-known equestrians, Klaus Roeser and Rodrigo Pessoa, making the event even more inspiring.
